NOTICE of 2009 RallySport Ontario AGM
Saturday, March 20, 2010
10:00 A.M. – Baker’s Hill Banquet Centre
555 Parkhill Rd. E., Peterborough
(Note: It is Parkhill Road EAST. If you just 'googlemap' "Peterborough" it takes you to Parkhill W.
This should show the correct location , at Television Road and Parkhill, in the township of Otonabee - South Monaghan, just a few meters east of the Peterborough municipal town line.)
The meeting will begin at 10:00 A.M. sharp. Refreshments will be provided.
For the Awards Banquet the bar opens at 12:30 with the meal being served at 1:00 PM.
The official Agenda for the meeting will be posted separately but will be the usual AGM Agenda. No special items of business have been received to date.

ELECTIONS – Two positions –
